David Rajakovich
Chief Executive Officer
David brings extensive expertise in B2B SaaS software and a proven track record of driving success across product, sales, and marketing functions. As the former CEO of a private equity-backed SaaS organisation, he delivered innovative digital procurement and supply chain training to over 250 blue-chip clients worldwide. With more than a decade in executive leadership roles and a vision for transforming the Cyber Security Governance, Regulatory, and Compliance (GRC) sector, David aims to lead Acuity through its next phase of growth and innovation while delivering exceptional value for shareholders, employees, and customers.
Richard Mayall
Co-Founder & Chief Solutions Officer
Richard started his career in 1984 as a software engineer developing real-time software for radar and missile systems. Richard has 40 years' experience in cyber/information assurance, risk management, high integrity real-time software engineering, safety critical systems, quality processes and management systems. As a Co-Founder, he brings deep technical expertise to Acuity's solutions portfolio.
Duncan Harper
Finance Director
Duncan is a Chartered Accountant with over thirty years of experience having initially trained at PwC. Across his career he has held a variety of senior financial positions including seven years as Group Finance Director of an AIM listed international architecture group. Most recently he was Finance Director of a large regional law firm whose revenues and profits doubled during his nine-year tenure. Duncan joined the Board in November 2025.

Dan is a strategic and results-driven Customer Success leader focused on maximizing customer value and driving revenue growth for Acuity. With extensive experience scaling high-performance Customer Success teams and managing the complete customer lifecycle for enterprise SaaS accounts across the EMEA region, Dan's expertise is uniquely defined by a proven track record in driving revenue retention and growth. He excels at developing data-driven strategies, fostering executive-level relationships, and building world-class teams to ensure long-term customer loyalty and successful adoption of the STREAM® platform.
